The frames are well made. I had a little hitch in my ordering and stock availability ...so word to the wise, plan ahead. It's fine if you are not in a hurry, like i was. But the customer service person helped me sort it and did a perfect job and was so genuinely concerned. It all worked out !! thank you.

Ordered the installation kit since it had not been included with my frame and I have not received it. USPS will occasionally lose a package but it actually isn't that often. I'm going to go with this company not caring enough to fulfill orders from their customers!!

It is nice. However I wish it accommodated for the thickness of a poster mounted on foam core, the corners have gaps. Also, hanging was not user friendly. The clear protective cover was scratched so we did not use it.

I wrote a review just sharing that we got what we paid for knowing we purchased a very cheap frame that was able to ship to us in a very quick timeline and turned out to be too low quality for our outdoor purposes. It has been able to hold us over but is a lower quality and less durable then we need. However, I received not one but two beautifully written responses to my review in which I had only meant to share quality for cost nothing on them trying to make it right and agreeing that it was not made for our purposes. Mary was just wonderful and would shop at this site in an instant for the care they take in their products.

This frame is exactly what I wanted. I have a vintage poster from the 60s that was 40x60...it was hard finding any good quality frames that went up to that size. It was a little bit of a wait but the quality and customer service made up for it. The only thing I can think of that would help more is to send some detailed instructions...there were none but found some on YouTube that helped. Impressed with the choice between the 2 plexi's. It looks amazing and couldn't be more pleased. Thanks snap frames direct!

We had a great customer service experience with Snapframes Direct. We had ordered 2 frames 30x30 and when they arrived one of the frames had a small dent. When I contacted the company, they immediately offered to send a replacement frame and it arrived within days of the damaged one. Love that these are so easy to open and insert your art work and that it comes with multiple covers so that we could use a non-reflective option for our pieces. The frames look great and we would highly recommend to others!

It is great. It is just hard to get out of the tube without causing a bend in it. I bent a part of it trying to take it out.

I love that these come with two clear plastic covers. I sandwich my concert posters between them and they stay pretty safe! Also, no frame is easier or faster to set up, so good!

I have purchased 5 of the movie poster frames and have been extremely impressed with how they give my posters that professional look. They are easy to insert and remove posters if needed. The metal frame design also gives it a sturdiness and quality I was looking for. I personally will only use these frames for my posters.
