SHIPPING DAMAGES
All products leave our warehouse in perfect condition- we will never ship damaged products or products with damaged packaging.
If Cartons or Products show any damage, please refuse delivery or, at your risk, notify the driver of damage and mark clearly on delivery note RECEIVED DAMAGED. Retain your copy of this signed delivery note and ask for Driver's Name and also write this down clearly.
Take photographs of the damaged Cartons or Skids before unpacking and email these along with all details of any damage as we will need to claim the shipper.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally ship your order same day or day following via UPS Ground.
International orders are shipped according to the service you select by calling our team.
You must inform us immediately on arrival if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
If any package appears damaged - SIGN RECEIVED DAMAGED clearly on the delivery slip and write down the name of the driver - notify us immediately. OR refuse delivery - SIGN DAMAGED REFUSED DELIVERY and notify us immediately.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Cancellations
Orders for standard products which have not been custom made for you can be canceled prior to dispatch. Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, it is not possible for us to cancel. You will need to receive the order, obtain a returns code form us and then arrange to ship back to us at your expense, so the refund process below can start. We reserve the option to charge a 7.5% restocking fee to cover warehouse costs.
