Good...but not what I expected or needed

I purchased this as a replacement for the PVC cover on my weatherproof snap frames for 8.5x11 paper. The covers I received were...8.5x11. The covers on the frame, however, were 9.5x12. This cover just falls out when the frame is closed. VERY expensive for something that doesn't do what I need it to do.
